xSMTP is an Active Server component that sends mail through SMTP. It features: multiple recipients, load message from file, supports ISO-8859-1 characters and uses the quoted-printable encoding scheme. It was built for use with Microsoft IIS and ASP but can also be used from any programming language that supports OLE Automation such as Delphi or Visual Basic.
