mkcgi is a simple command line utility written in perl for generating cgi scripts. Upon execution it will load field values into your editor for inspection and cleanup. Next it will reload the same values into your editor but remove the _'s and capitalize each word. This will be used for error checking on required fields. Next it will generated the perl script and load it into your editor for finial configuration.
