OutlookBar by Cool Focus is an animated menu that is available in two levels. This bar of this menu is designed to display any number of buttons and appears like the navigation bar of Microsoft Outlook. The two levels comprise of the button and icons with each icon having a caption and linking to a new URL. Some of the available features include scroll arrows to view hidden items, 3D or flat buttons, gradient filled page background, sound effects, complete control over colors and fonts and many more.
