JavaCounter is a Java applet contains JavaCounter and SuperClock, both of which are Java applications, so they can easily operate on the visitors computer. The time displayed is as accurate as the visitors clock and there will be no network delays. The JavaClock needs PerlScript to be installed as Java applets cannot write to files. As this can generate text and digits internally, this can run even without digit graphics saving your online time.
