Spaghettilearning is written in PHP, Mysql, Xhtml and css2, it i s an elearning tool that support Lessons upload (with multibrowser visual editor) , quiz, agenda, student notes, forum chat and more. From the admin area you can create courses, users and groups, from the class area you can insert didctical tools (if you are a teacher) or consult lessons (If you are a student), interaction trough forum, chat and messages (trade documents).
